[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea network has deactivated my sim | |||||
Dear Sir, My wife took Idea sim card 3 years back and she has submitted all government recognized proofs which were required. Suddenly after 3 years 2 weeks back, one of their customer care executive called my wife and was asking her to submit Aadhar Card. They have disconnected her number without prior information. How insane you were? Don't you have minimum common sense that how it affects your customer who has been using that as contact number for 3 years and you guys deactivate it. Initially we did submit all the proofs and obtained the SIM card, but why IDEA network is asking for Aadhar again. I questioned the same with your customer executive that i would like to talk to your senior management and he hung up the call. Is this the value that you give your customers??
