I am very dissappointed ex idea number user. I had a postpaid number, at first the bills were exactly as mentioned in the plans. After that they started charging me attrociously, sometimes they even have the audacity to send me more than 1500 when my usage was just about 500. I then stopped using the number but the nightmares did not end then, they started calling on my alternate number every day and started asking me do you wanna switch this number on and other stupid questions when i have reminded them that i dnt want any association with your number. Anyone's help will be much appreciated. Now i feel they are just wasting my time intentionaly.
