[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea / postpaid to prepaid ([protected]) misguide and cheating

I take new postpaid connection - [protected], as per the information of idea customer care i forward all the document to this whatsApp number ( customer care number [protected] ), As per them plan is 299 ie 1 gb data, 550 minutes, 100 sms, But now i come to know that they are cheating me & my plan is 399 ( 1 gb data, 550 minutes, 100 sms ), So i contact with customer care for the issue & complaint against this issue but still itself i don't get any positive response from idea
