[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea prepaid sim is not working in the uae even after account top-up | |||
Dear customer support team, My idea sim is not working in the uae. It is not getting registered with any of the uae service provider either etisalat or du. Before i traveled here, contacted idea customer service and recharged with ruepes 1000 as they advised so that i can get seamless service since all my bank accounts are registered with this number but struggling to my idea sim registered here with any service providerto access the roaming service. My idea number - [protected] My uae number - +[protected] Requested to please resolve it immidiately as i have some urgent requirement to get my phone online asap. Yesterday I have upgraded my idea sim to 4G. Since then I have not received any text message. Do resolve this matter as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators. Also, you can check your outgoing call, SMS details & account related information in My Idea Application or Website.
