[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea refund not received after porting | |||
I ported out of idea postpaid connection on 16th nov. It's more than 3 months since i have ported out and no signs of refund of rs.406.28. Mobile number - [protected]. Multiple times have contacted idea customer care and emailed as well (Almost 20 times and can submit all comms with proof). No proper response at all. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent where idea is withholding monies owed to customer. Kindly action as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
