[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea sim card not started and not receiving phone now

I have got call from one of idea executive and asked me to get mobile portability in idea, i have accepted their plan. They have taken 110 rupees and documents from me. According to schedule my previous network get my sim off but my new idea sim doesn't get started since 5 days.

After struggling so much for 6 days to get my sim card started, Finally I have got another sim card from Idea Care by paying 50 rs and it get started.After checking my postpaid plan i am surprised that 500 minutes included in the plan are not valid for STD calls but at the time of offering plan idea executive said that this minutes are valid for both local and STD.
Really so much disappointed with the worst service and fake promises of idea. I am already having two prepaid connection of Idea and this is another one.

After that i have called customer care at [protected], They are not providing my plan details and asking me to go to Idea Care.

too much frustrated with worst customer service of idea and planning to get my all idea connections closed.

See if you guys can help me out with this situation otherwise no other way saying good bye to all my idea connections.

I just make a reacharge of 298 net voucher nd it must recevied benefit is 10 gb but u gave only 1.25 gb i need ur solution regarding to these as soon as possible
