Idea sim — block this number
Dear,

My mobile was stolen in bus as on 25/08/2018 when i m going to work, please block the mobile number [protected] immediate which was in the name of dinesh kumar tandey,
I'm trying to block this number.. So i'm calling idea customer care 3 times but they are blocked sim but lost sim user unblocked sim and using my sim like contact number and many more... I'm very disappointed for idea security... So i want to deactivate my number
Please block and deactivate the mobile number at the earliest.

'I am trying to convert from IDEA postpaid to prepaid i have raised several tickets for it contacted several IDEAS customer care there is no response please look into it and resolve my issue.
