Idea Cellular — IDEA SIM not working

My name is Manoj Tripathi. I have an IDEA pre-paid SIM with number +91-[protected]. I had changed the service from BSNL to IDEA using network portability service for the above mentioned number. This number was working good in India but since I came to Malaysia I am unable to see any signal in it while my colleagues with IDEA pre-paid SIM enjoy the services of IDEA properly. I really want my number to work here in Malaysia. Please help me in this regard. Looking forward to get a reply from your side. Thanks
