[Resolved] Idea Cellular — illegal additions to my bill

I became an idea customer in sept and soon after, i got a message that i have downloaded vuclip videos and i am being charged rs 25. Once the bill was raised, i complained about this since i had never even heard of vuclip videos - but they did not credit the money back.

As i was still fighting with them, i got a new message, that i am being charged rs100 for downloading animation from nazara - also something i have not used or downloaded.

It is really sad how idea is charging its customers via illegal means and not heeding to repeated complaints i want to request that my account be credited back this money which is being charged despite no usage.

Complaint marked as Resolved

After filing a complaint here they reversed the charges for Rs25 for october. I have filed a follow up complaint nowfor the month of November for which I had I had informed them in October. Need to see what happens now

Updated by sg55 As I had mentioned in my previous complaint, I am now being charged Rs 200 for downloading animation by nazara, again something I hv no idea about. And this has happened not once but twice in one month, which itself points towards customersbeing charged spuriously and fraudulenly by nazara and idea. I would like to request idea to takestrict actions against nazara fir misuse of customrr information and kindly reverse Rs 200 from mycurrent bill.
