Idea Cellular — i'm complaining about my idea mobile no. excess amount of bill and unnecessary charge decrease

Sir,
I say that, i'm idea user for three to four year's my mobile no. [protected] some month ago i'm happy to we an idea customer but in last two three month i'm facing a problem for excess amount of bill and unnecessary charge and i'm calling so many time your customer care but they can't handling this problem and time to time customer care person give me wrong information regarding decrease my mobile unnecessary charge. So i request to you kindly handle my this problem and give me a perfect solution otherwise i quite idea and i have no option.
