I was overcharged for the network usage. Due to the problem with the network connectivity and limited benefits, i thought of switch to other network. Due to delay in processing my request, i was in idea for 4 days of my billing cycle where they charged me for the full bill cycle. I tried to get the information from their executives and poor response from them,
