Incorrect bill charged.
i am asking customer care why you charged incorrect bill
they said in i phone you active and deactivate i message from 8th may to 16th may
once i message enabled i phone charge 5 rupees.
before they charge they said a message like carry charges may apply.
so i enable and pressing okay that 8 days???????????

it make a sense?

i don't understand?

i am really fade up your service.you people treating customer very bad.

i am porting my number.

As per our communication, we've informed you that the bill has been generated according to your bill plan, pack rental, usage charges and G.S.T. Also, we would like to inform you that you've been charged for availing services of imessege and facetime at 5Rs. per SMS for mentioned number.

I migrate my mobile number idea prepaid Madhya pradesh circle to postpaid Delhi/NCR Circle but the incoming call is not coming nd connectivity of network is very poor please resolve my problem i am facing this problem from last 10-15 days
