I have been billed a huge amount for my idea number [protected] for using internet. I have not used any internet as i have an alternate number for internet. The bill amount is ridiculous and am not at all happy to pay. I want the incorrect internet charges waived off. I have called the customer care many times but have not received any resolution. Is this a way of cheating customers.
If this is not resolved and the extra amount not waived.
Secondly i am being harassed by idea by calling all the times, they are also calling all my family members without my permission and harassing them. Was this information helpful? |
