[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Incorrect billing for the services never activated or used. | |||||
Though i have never activated and never used any service as 'magic box', through so called vas, my account is being charged rs.35/- per week towards the same. You can check whether i have used these services. But your office is confirming that it has been activated since 6th may 2016. This is totally incorrect and not acceptable.
