[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incorrect charges deducted from balance | |||
I had recharged my prepaid phone with an unlimited call, data pack. I had received an sms stating pack is valid until 14-feb. However on 12th feb, ~rs. 150 got deducted from my balance. I followed up 'n' number of times to get resolution. Upon enquiry, idea customer care told that my pack expired on 11th feb itself and hence i was charged for data usage. Now idea is not ready to accept their mistake and i am just being directed from one idea authority to another. This is not the first time this has happened. Kindly help me with this issue. I have done an online reacharge of Rs 50 as on 12/02/2018 through net banking. Payment is deducted from my bank account but reacharge not done. Kindly do the needfull...

Check sr number : Q[protected] for details. 150rs are cut and you are saying there are no deductions found? This is prak of your ignorance. Also i have reveived sms from idea regarding pack validity and not flash sms.
