[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incorrect deduction by idea

I have been charged incorrectly... Rupees 100 has been deducted from my balance todau for downloading some animation called nazaara... I immediately called Cust SVC... They were unhelpful... I want my balance restored... I have not downloaded this content... I have checked by browser and download history... I see other idea consumers have also placed complaints with exact same description...
