[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — incorrect recharge plans and misbehaved customer care executive

This complaint is against Idea company who has stopped the outgoing service for my contact number. Despite adding a recharge of Rs. 1000, it is not allowing outgoing calls and giving a message to recharge as outgoing validity has been expired. To confirm the same I had called the Mumbai idea number [protected] twice on which the customer care executive misbehaved with me saying that I am not listening to him. As per the executive, we had to not recharge with 1000 and rather buy a recharge of Rs. 35 so that outgoing could start. On asking why is the same not updated on the recharge apps and on the Idea site, he started mishaving with me, started gossiping in between the call with others and finally disconnected the call saying that he cannot provide me with the information any more. Just wanted to know what kind of a support does Idea provide to the customer where the customer doesn't even have the freedom to know more about the problem??? Why is the plans not updated on the 3rd party application that most of the public uses for recharge like Paytm??? If Idea doesn't support unlimited validity, why is it listed in the recharge plans on the Idea site, Paytm? This behavior of Idea is not going to be tolerated and will be definitely taken ahead to Trai.
