Dear Sir The Internet connectivity on my Idea mobile no. [protected] has not been restored from 17.2.2015 till 27.2.2015 even after my complaint to Idea cellular on 17.2.2015. Kindly look in to the complaint and restore my Internet connectivity immediately. You are requested not to charge for the number of days the Internet was down.on my mobile. If you can not restore my Internet connectivity by 28.2.2015, you are requested to disconnect my connection permanently by 28.2.2015. Please act immediately. Yours sincerely. D.
