I am writing this post after dialing many times on 12345 and waiting more than 30mins on call, for a senior customer care executive to talk to me, regarding my complaint.
My complaint is, few days back my internet data balance got over, I asked my friend (a vendor) to get me a net recharge and so he did, since I was running out of time I went from the shop, waiting for the message to come giving me the confirmation but it didn't appear. Since I was in urgent need to internet I myself made a recharge of Rs 5/- to get temporary data. When I contacted my vendor complaining about not receiving my data pack, he said he has made the recharge and I called the customer care.
Here is the response I got.
"Sir, your recharge for 198 was about to be activated but since you have activated Rs. 5/- recharge after that, so Rs. 198/- recharge has lapsed"
What I can’t understand is how come a recharge made afterwards is activated first. Was this information helpful? |
