[Resolved] Idea Cellular — invalid vas charges | |||||
Hi, This complaint is regarding my idea postpaid mobile number. My last bill was generated in december and when i checked it was showing the bill of rs 422 and there was a charges of rs 150 as a vas which was not activated by me. When i called the customer services team they refused to help. Final i was able to raise the request to remove the charges but the charges were not removed by the idea cellular. I was fade up of this and closed the number. Now they are harassing my wife for the payment. I am ready to pay the bill but the amount should not include the amount of rs 150 (Vas charge) and rs 27 (18 gst charge). If idea will not remove this i will not pay it. I will take them to court. Mar 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Waive off given but I had to closed the monnection for poor service. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
