Idea Cellular Limited — balance deduction

Dear sir / madam,
I have an idea prepaid connection ([protected]) i have not subscribe any value aided service with my mobile from starting, on dated 30/04/20 company was deducted my balance rs.21.00 when i was not done any call & sms & not send any request about vas. How can it is possible? Kindly check what is the error & why my balance deducted, i was not done any call, sms & not subscribed any vas.
