Here complaint about bill dtd 10th
November' 2017 of amount rs.8707.81, bill #
Dlp[protected]

It should be note more than
Rs, 2223 (487+349+50+1199+149= rs
2223+ gst)

I here by bring to your notice
That the subjected bill has been
Charged not prepared taking care of international
Roaming pack as 1199 activated on 21st oct' 2017.

Which was
Suggested idea cellular limited
Customer care as well as idea store, vikash marg, east
Delhi.

Today, 18th november' 2017, the idea
Store person accepted his mistake but they did nothing
To settle bill and suggested to email to appellate
Authority.

It was improper inaccurate
And overcharged with respect to
International roaming pack activated to my mobile
Number [protected].

So i here writing to bring to
Your notice that i am tired of talking
To idea store and customer care, they are not giving
Me satisfactory reply.

Please consider this as my
Last notice to idea cellular limited.

If this bill is not settled and my
Hard earned money is not refunded to me.

I will claim my money back
