Our Idea Number: [protected] According to the full talk-time offer on *122# RS 20=RS 20 full talk-time offer, we had recharged for RS 20 on 23-November-2013 at 7:04 PM and we have received only 15.8 RS talk-time and 4.2 RS talk-time has not been credited to the account after 4 hours. Idea Cellular's concerned team is giving excuses like recharge not updated in the system, technical issue is going on etc.
We had raised a complaint regarding full talk-time benefit not given with the Idea customer care on
24-November-2013 at 10:55 AM and at the end of the call we get the message that the same complaint has been
resolved successfully which is totally a false reply from Idea Cellular.
Idea Cellular is not bothered about solving the customer's complaint and only makes fake promises.
Also please don't believe their fake advertisements.
My sincere advise to others those who are interested to port in to Idea is "Please stay away from this operator".
They will definitely make your life much worse than hell.
