Idea Cellular Ltd — Harassment of Myself from IDEA Cellular Ltd.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I wish to inform you that i have made a request to M/s Idea Cellular Ltd. for MNP for My Mobile Number [protected] from Idea to Vodafone dated 06.04.2015, The Idea has approved this portability through mail dated 11/04/2015. the said number ported to Vodafone dated 12/04/2015 after submission of all dues to Idea amounting Rs1950/- (Bill Amount Rs. 1650 + Rs. 300 Security Deposit). As of today vodafone has generated the first bill as mobile operator for the period 06.04.2015 To 05.05.2015 for Amount Rs. 688/-. This was paid to them before due date. Since 13th of August 2015, myself getting regular calls from Idea customer care executives for undue submission of Rs 647/- which is illegal and beyond my usage & agreed rental term. I wish to share that i am getting calls from [protected] & [protected] threatening me for deposit the amount, even myself has visited idea showroom situated at P-26, connaught place, New Delhi to sort this matter but i could not get any satisfactory answer from them.
