[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — Not crediting recharge value.

I quote below message from Idea
"Payment Date [protected]:37:32
Amount 79.0
Your payment is successful but your recharge is being processed. Your transaction id is 39380184 and reference number isMSPD[protected].In case the recharge is unsuccessful, the amount paid by you for this transaction would be returned to the account from which you have made the payment in eight working days."
I have updated my passbook and find no reversal of debit to Idea on 19/02/2014, nor they have recharged my mobile.
