[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — misbehave and wrong information conveyed

I would like to bring in your notice that ms. Kanika chowdhary using the number [protected] called me regarding the bill payment of my number which according to her was due for 3 moths. Despite repeatedly asking her to check again as i had personally cleared all the outstanding on 19th of april. She said "if the bill is not cleared by 3 pm on 2nd of may which is today. This shall go to court. And i had to miss my important work to personally go check over this problem. I got to know that the bill was already cleared. And after i called her to check over the problem there was no change in her behavior.
I request you to check on this matter personally.

Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
