[Resolved] Idea Cellular — misbehavior of customer care operator

I m from jharkhand. I called 198 IDEA network to solve a issue regarding network. The operator named Jitendra was rude. He don’t know how to talk to customers. He tried to demoralize by changing his language but when I replied the same he returned to previous one. When i called to transfer call to senior, he denied. This is my worst experience. Though his communication skill is weak he tried to speak in english, when I replied in English he returned to hindi. He thought that someone is calling from Bihar or jharkhand don’t knows English. Over the time he was getting agrresive
