[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Misleading on prepaid unlimited plan Rs.346 | |
As per the plan information provided in idea website, we have recharged our mobile number [protected] with amount of rs. 347 to avail unlimited offer. The recharge was processed successfully and unable to make o/G call free. Wen we contacted idea cc care we came to know this plan will not work in roaming. But this information was not clearly provided in their website. Hence we request idea to do the needful justice to may amount of rs.347 by providing talktime for the same value. Bad interactions with idea cccare supervisor P.Avinash, on this subject. Wen my Cal was transferred to Mr.Avinash by a call center Operator, he has responded to our quires with meaning less and immature arguments. He has used a arrogant slang which irritated us a lot and finally ended up with grate dissatisfaction. Even he regretted to take customer feedback on the issue I have faced.
