This is regarding a port out request which was triggered from idea punjab number [protected].
The request was raised on 24th oct 2017 for porting out to bsnl operator. But even after making two requests the number is still in idea as they have been trying to hold us on false grounds and providing useless justifications for sending out rejection on the requests raised by bsnl. We had cleared all our unbilled and billed amount on time & for sake of smooth porting process had added extra credit on this number account. But somehow idea manages to create a situation and put things on hold & reject the requests raised to discard the mnp requests.
Since i am a postpaid costumer, idea has been trying hard to get me retained through unfair means.
I had raised this issue to appllete authority & nodal officers of idea also but all in vain.
I request you to please take strong action against idea who let costumers suffer and provide awful experience..

Sorry for the trouble. We request you to visit the same Idea store again and confirm is that Rs. 100 is been charged for first time recharge? if, no We request you to share the complete store address, pin code along with your contact number.
