Idea Cellular — Mobile number is not activated after verification

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

My mobile no. [protected] which I am using since 2009, now i changed plan, so idea representative give new SIM card for same mobile no. he told that this number is activated after 24 hrs. but after 4 day also its not activated. Requesting you do needful. if my no. is not going to activate please inform me. so I can choose another option. How much time i need to wait for activation.
