[Resolved] Idea Cellular — money got deducted because of vas and i am not being reimbursed

I am Ashutosh Bose, number [protected], on 1st feb Idea automatically activated some CLIPKART services and deducted Rs150 from my balance. When I spoke to the customer care, they said service request has been raised and money would be reimbursed but today they said request has been cancelled and money would not be reimbursed. The service is pathetic and they are looting money. This is the second time money has been deducted because of VAS Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
