[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my account balance got deducted twice while recharging from my idea mobile app | |||
I was recharging (Rs.179) for [protected] from my idea mobile app. Payment got cancelled 3 times with some error message. At last it successfully got recharged. I saw the recharge successful message only once but my recharge history shows that it got recharged twice and by balance got deducted twice. How come my account balance deducted and recharge got successful when i got error message for payment. Please refund my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
