Maine 18/01/2018 ko my idea app ke through 398 ka recharge kara, transaction fail ho gaya or mere paise bhi kaat liye, par ab company ke customer care officer se bat kar raha hu to kuch sahi se information nahi de rahe hai or na hi abhi tak refund hua hai.
