[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — my main balance cut by idea cellular

I have recharged on 18 jan 2018 of 30 rupees and on 19 jan my balance 25 rupees cut bye idea
When i call then they told me that u have subscribed a service
No solution what i do
I am a student and i can't afford like that
Nd i have no information about balance cut yet 24 jan, no calls, no messages
I do not have any pictures. No messages nd no calls

I m frustrated
