[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my mobile number [protected] allotted to somebody else???

I was having idea mobile number for years... I went outside for sometime and hence couldn't use my idea number for around a sometime.. Now when i came back i was absolutely shocked to see that my personal whatsup msgs/photos etc. Which i forwarded from other number to my said idea number were seen (Bless tick st. 23 rd jan) by somebody else??? What nonsense is this??? Then only i came to know today that my number is allotted to somebody else... I will go to consumer court for this... This is absolutely ridiculous... How can idea cellular do it... What about my personal /bank msgs... All those would have been shared with that stranger without even informing me??? I will go legal if no response received immediately.

Now when i came back i was absolutely shocked to see that my personal whatsup msgs/photos etc. Which i forwarded from my other number to my above quoted idea number [protected] were seen (Blue tick dated 23rd jan 2018) by somebody else (Whats up profile pic was of a stranger). Then only i came to know today that my number is allotted to somebody else. This is absolutely ridiculous... How can idea cellular do it without even informing me... This number is linked to my family bank accounts and many other places and all confidential information may have been shared with a stranger.
Requesting consumer court to help me in getting my idea mobile number [protected] back to me immediately and take necessary action against idea cellular. Also stop all calls/messages/whats up to this idea mobile no. [protected] immediately till further resolution and closure of my complaint.
