[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my mobile outgoing disabled

Recently i was ported from airtel (Post paid) to idea (Post paid). As my last month bill of airtel was came very late and i paid it when it comes, but aitel did not updated this. I got messages from idea customer care and they asked to send the payment receipt to idea. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com
I sent it and still they are not enabling my outgoing.
