Dear Sir, I Shariq carrying idea no. [protected] since 2011, I turned it 3G 6 month before, and bill cycle is 20th, I got a call from your team to pay the bill of april before 20th, i did it on 20th . I t was shocking when I get the sms Is there any rules or laws which can protect identity and how any other person can do the request I call the customer care and they are saying some ms nisha requested to bare my no as its lost i don't know who is nisha waiting
