I am using ebu 99 gtech (710) post plan for both of the above mobile numbers since couple of years where i was offered free cug service between both the numbers along with free 500 minutes/month local calls.
Now, suddenly i noticed that my cug was deactivated without any prior intimation on 23rd february 2017 and i have been charged for february and march 2017 bills for my cug calling which i noticed later (Bill cycle is 23rd to 22nd of every month).
My february bill shows 700 minutes (Pulse) local calls (Actual 700 minus 266 cug calling which equals to 434 minutes) and in march bill it shows 721 minutes local calls (Actual 721 minus 222 cug calling which equals to 499 minutes) for my mobile number [protected] and same is with my mobile number [protected] bills.
If my plan provides me free cug calling for both numbers, why i have been charged for intercalling and that too without any prior intimation for cug de-activation?
I have been facing such issues regularly where few months back my plan was changed without any prior notification. If i experience such services from idea network its better for me to switch to some other network where customers are atleast informed about any modification in there plan.
I have approached the idea gallary on 23rd march related my above concern for which my complain has been registered vide communication id c1-[protected] & c1-[protected], but still no feedback on the issue.
I request you to kindly check bills for february and march month for both my connections and reverse the difference amount at an earliest. Was this information helpful? |
