Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 5 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.
On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
I have lodged a complaint with the customer care, but there is no step taken yet and i cant see status because they send a verification code the same number which is not working. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

almost 5 days i cant use my internet pack also which i recharge to do specific work, becz of this i got lot of stress.kindly take action against the issue and also take action against the person who is lethargic even the twice the complaint was reported. Was this information helpful? |
