[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my sim is lost and blocked, still my postpaid bill is getting generated | |||
My idea sim was lost and i have blocked the sim through customer care, still my postpaid bill is getting generated for each month. They have collected the bill amount from my home without informing me about the same. Its really frustrating to deal with idea customer care as they are not responding to any queries properly. Kindly refund my money (Bill amount collected) and stop generating the bill for the same number. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our record, the bill has been generated accordingly as per your plan rental and usage charges till the date of disconnection of your account.
