Idea Cellular — need a new sim card

I am an nri customer of idea. I have idea sim from at least 5 years ago, this dosent have the 4g capability. So, everytime when i visit india i cant use the internet.
To resolve this, i requested a sim change.
I couldnt get any help from idea store when my sister visited there personally.
I couldnt get any help from idea customer care emails. They just kept on sending same reply over and over again.
I had to reach applleat officer for this, after almost 50 emails (Literally more than 50) and multiple follow up, they have taken all my documents, but no response from them since last 2 weeks. I dont understand how they work, but nobody answers the phone, no body responds on email. This is a really pathetic service.

Updated by abdulfaras Prajakta I disconnected the call purposefully. You started asking questions like how many bars I get for data access and all that s**t. If you could read the entire complaint correctly I have already mentioned that the sim is old and that's the reason for not getting 4G signals. You are not going to discover any new revelation out from your questions. I need a new sim and that's all.
The complaint I have raised here is against Applleate authority Girish Holla and his team in Pune who are not responding to any calls or mails I send. I have already shared all required documents with them required for sim owner swap. They have not given any further communication since 2 weeks now. This is what is frustrating. They don't receive calls never respond to mails. This is the problem with Pune applleate authority Mr. Girish Holla. I don't think he is doing his job correctly. If I don't get any further response on this then I will take this to social media.
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST PROPERLY AND THEN RESPOND.
As I clearly mentioned that I am an NRI. So you should understand that I am not in India currently and should not call on my India number. If you need to connect then email me on my registered email address or call my sister's phone. The number is with applleate people.

Updated by abdulfaras No Response from IDEA till date.
This is the reason IDEA is going to die a slow death. RIP.

From last 20 i am trying to port out from idea network.every time they does not provide me UPC code.every time coustomer care person told me that we are working on it.such a stupid service by idea network

In post 2 days I am not receive incoming calls and also SMS I am complaints in idea customer care service but still now the same problems issue

UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider.

I an using idea from last 2 year and want to move to other network but encountering with this error.

This is not expected idea team. Please help me out with this.
