Dear Idea customer care team, i request to you that please stop all my Idea Number services . My Idea Number is [protected] because we are not satisfied to your service . i have complain against to your Billing department Team i am getting daily call from your representative's number [protected] Number and he called from Delhi NCR and he is threating me that he is calling from court and he has complain against me that i am not submitting bill and i just want to say please stop such as call from your side and i am getting lots of call from your side. just lets me know that is it possible without any letter from court? i can not believe this he is calling from court .why should I pay the bill of [protected]? because i am not using this number from last 4 month . I want you to take strict action against your representative. i warn to you please stop such as call from your side otherwise i will go consumer court regarding this and please i request to you again close my [protected] Number i do not want use it . its very disgusting from your side i hope that you will close this number and i will not get any call from your side.

My name is Ram Sengar and I am using idea from last 8 years. My mobile no is +91 [protected]. Recently I moved from Delhi to UP East. I have transferred my sim card from NCR to UP East by use of MNP service. But the problem is that my iPhone is not accepting the converted sim ( from micro sim to nano sim). When I talked with idea care regarding to nano sim they said that idea does not provide nano sim for MNP users.

My mobile no is linked with many accounts and I do not want to change my mobile no. Please let me know the possible solution.

I purchased a new phone and it accepts only nano SIM. I searched completely through your website. There is no place to raise service request to change the SIM. Why can't you put this facility in your web site?

I call your idea care they are saying to collect from them but it is chargeable. but if go for porting that is free of cost. why are you charging for nano sim when we are using your connection.

Great to read the crappy complaints in English from IDEA consumers. Does IDEA really care about them?

I was using Idea micro sim(3G) in my old phone. Now I am using 4G supported mobile compatible for nano sim. As soon as this new mobile bought, I approached the Idea store in Rajampet, Kadapa(dt)-516115 for 4G supported nano sim replacement. They told me that the cost of the sim is Rs.50 but I was received message that the sim upgradation is free. So that I didn't purchase it and I stopped to use Idea network. Please send me the new nano sim replacing my old micro sim. My number is [protected].
