Idea Cellular — Network busy problem while placing calls

Address:

S/O Parijatak Bawanthade At Post Shriram Nagar, Kurkheda, District Gadchiroli, Kurkheda District Gadchiroli

I get network busy error when I place calls. For few regularly used contacts calls are getting placed but for rest of the contacts I'm getting "Network busy" error.
