Hello i am prepaid subscriber of idea in himachal. My no. Is [protected] and i am using it from last 2 months it has no network coverage in my area from the date when i am using idea

Village solangnala p. O. Palchan teh. Manali distt. Kullu pin 175103 himachal pradesh landmark (Skiing centre solangnala)

I call & complain many time in idea cus. Care regarding network coverage in this area but idea is not doing anything abt it
My complaints no are

1-[protected] on 5 april 2017
1-[protected] on 21 march 2017
1-[protected] on 03 march 2017
All time i got this message that your concern for network coverage is closed this time the mentioned area is under consideration for enhancement

I dont know why idea is egnoring its custmoer plz do anything strict action on idea
