[Resolved] Idea Cellular — network issue + call drops | |||
I am not getting sufficient network connection in my office location from past 2 months, thought it might be temporary but is creating daily troubles for me. My family, friends and business partners are unable to reach out to my number in one go and everyday i hear this complaint from one or the other person which is quite frustrating. Also the outgoing calls doesn't get connected in one go from my phone and most of the time the call gets dropped in between the conversation which is not acceptable. I have paid all my bills before time and in return require justice with the service provided by idea cellular. Was this information helpful? | |||

My internet speed was slow and idea didnt resolve my query i talk to idea consumer 5 times but no action was taken by them . my work is pending bcoz of slower connection . i also go to idea cellular care and talk to them about slower speed but they didint take any action and also tell its your phone mistake so what i do ...

I am unable to send any text msgs and hence unable to receive the unique code to be able to port out. Same has been reported to customer care numerous times, and escalated to appellate authority, without any resolution.
