[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — network issues indoor

I am having regular network issues on my idea number, where i can't use my internet indoor. The worst part is whenever i try to reach the customer care they ask to restart my phone and disconnect the call, no further explanation why the issue is happening. They even didn't ask my location where i the issue. If this is the customer care feedback then i never expect the issue will be resolved.
