My Idea Number has been Barred for net services
Hi Appellate Customer care Team

Tried calling trice to Appellate team but number is getting disconnected.

This is regarding the number [protected]

From Past Today morning we are chasing & struggling to get the number working.

Executive who has collected the document filled wrong alternate number details due to which this issue has occurred.

I have got a call from Richmond office and got to know verification will be done with in 48 hours and till now its not done.

Now nerworking called has also barred.

Because of Idea's unprofessional behavior we are suffering for no reason
