I had taken new Idea prepaid sim on saterday 4th July 2015 ( at about 10.30 AM ), from Idea gallery at Dadar East area. I had taken the sim on payment of Rs. 120/-. I was told that I will get the talk time of Rs. 101/-., and my card will be activated in once you get the sms about the tele- verification from Idea. I got the sms in the evening, after the verification my card was activataed. After the verification I tried to find out the balance. I found that as promised there was zero balance in my card. On sunday I recharged as there was no balace on my own. Then I called up your Toll free no told them about as promised Idea company has not given me the talk time, I told them that I have recharged the same from outside. As I was supposed to get my Rs. 100/- talk time from Idea along with my new card activation, which I never got. I went to you gallery, they are saying you should have waited. Once card is activated automatically you sholud have given me the talk time of Rs 100/-
