[Resolved] Idea Cellular — New idea broadband connection | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I applied for NEW IDEA BROADBAND CONNECTION a week ago (29/12/2015). A client with name KISHOR LANDGE([protected]/[protected]) contacted me from idea. I gave him documents and 2750/- INR for new connection. I have a RECEIPT with CAF Serial Number [protected]. I have complaint against this client, even after one week, I didn't get any message/email from idea regarding new connection nor this person contacted me for providing further details. Now when I am trying to call him, his mobile is either getting busy or switched off. Neither he called me back nor he is answering my calls. I could also see other complaints submitted against same client. So I request you to please help me on this by REFUNDING PAID AMOUNT before I proceed further for legal action. Jan 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Amount refunded. Though Idea contacted me regarding this issue, its not because of them, but because of my efforts, I got my money back.
