Idea Cellular — New SIM activation issues

I have been asked to call 59059 activate my new prepaid SIMs [protected] and [protected]. The fact is this call never gets through it immediately disconnects. Worst part is whenever I call customer care and explain the situation that this number does not connect I get same answer "I have to call 59059" which does not work and no one is willing to suggest any alternative. It's been 2 days I am without a connection. Please resolve this.
